It can be challenging to categorize complex needs. Many people have multiple diagnoses, but each person's needs and challenges are unique. Our homes and services often support people with many conditions, and we tailor our approach to their needs. However, at an elevated level, our services are designed to help in these sectors:
Learning disability
We provide individualized care and professional support to persons with mild, moderate, and severe learning difficulties, sometimes in conjunction with other complex requirements such as physical disabilities, mental health illnesses, and neurological disorders such as epilepsy and dementia. We treat everyone as individuals with utmost dignity and respect, regardless of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals live safe, productive, happy lives and to achieve positive outcomes where possible.
Mental well-being
We assist people with various mental health issues, including depression, schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. Many of the people we help have a history of hospitalization. We offer several mental health services and have successfully helped people gain independence, including living in their own homes, accessing community support, and managing their mental and physical health and well-being.
Autistic
spectrum disorders We help a wide range of autistic persons, from those who can live independently to those who have associated learning difficulties or mental health disorders and require more intense care. Our approach, led by our Positive Behavior Support Team, is highly individualized, generating personalized care plans and adjusting environments to recognize the individual's distinct requirements and preferences.
